Little did I know that when my husband and I bought our first home nearly 30 years ago, it would set the cornerstone for a career in the real estate industry. What began as a personal adventure developed into not just a career, but a deep appreciation for all that is entailed in homeownership.
My journey began after coming home to a "for sale" sign on the front lawn of our rental property following a day of house hunting. We bought that home, embarked on a journey of renovation and became landlords, living adjacent to our tenant in this duplex. We later expanded our rental endeavors, renting out both sides of the property. These experiences taught me the intricacies of property management and the importance of meticulous attention to detail.
Fast forward: after spending the past 18 years at a local rental agency, I’m thrilled to be at Maine Real Estate Choice. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of assisting numerous homeowners in finding reliable and caring tenants who not only appreciate the property but treat it with love and respect.
