Event Details

Each session is designed to be inclusive and beginner-friendly, encouraging participants to explore Maine’s winter beauty while staying active. Events are weather-dependent, so in the absence of snow, cancellations may occur.

Loon Echo Land Trust (LELT) is dedicated to conserving over 9,000 acres of land across Maine’s Lake Region. Iconic outdoor spaces like Pleasant and Bald Pate Mountains, Raymond Community Forest, and Hacker's Hill fall under their stewardship, providing recreational access while supporting local water resources, wildlife habitats, and working farms.

With this partnership, AARP Maine and LELT aim to create memorable experiences that connect seniors with the natural world, fostering wellness and community during the winter months.
