Pumpkin spice fans in New England have a new way to indulge in their favorite fall flavor—by making their cars smell like pumpkin spice. Natick-based ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers has introduced what they claim is New England’s first-ever Pumpkin Spice-Scented Car Wash. From now until November 30, customers can add a pumpkin spice "shine" to their car wash for just $5, giving the outside of their vehicles a seasonal aroma.
But this special scent isn’t just about enjoying the smell of pumpkin spice. For every Pumpkin Spice Car Wash purchased in November, ScrubaDub will contribute to their “Pie in the Sky” partnership with Boston-based nonprofit Community Servings, which provides medically tailored meals to individuals in need.
A Scented Wash for a Good Cause
ScrubaDub’s new pumpkin spice offering will be available at 20 of its “tunnel” car wash locations across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine. The initiative not only lets drivers experience the fall favorite in a unique way, but also supports a charitable cause. Community Servings offers Thanksgiving pies for purchase or donation, and each $35 pie sale funds a week of medically tailored meals for someone in need. Those who participate in the program also receive a free express car wash and a chance to win a year of unlimited car washes.
The company's efforts through this program have already made a significant impact. Over the past eight years, ScrubaDub has contributed more than $278,000 to Community Servings, which has provided over 41,000 meals for clients, their caregivers, and dependents. Additionally, ScrubaDub has donated over $465,000 worth of car wash services to customers who help support this charitable cause.
New England's Oldest Car Wash Company
ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers, founded in 1966 by Marshall and Elaine Paisner, is New England’s oldest car wash company. This third-generation family business has continued to evolve while maintaining its commitment to the community. Their pumpkin spice-scented car wash is just the latest creative initiative from a company that has long supported local charitable efforts.
For those who love pumpkin spice, the seasonal car wash is available only until the end of November, so there’s limited time to enjoy the festive scent and contribute to a good cause. Even those who aren’t fans of the flavor can still support Community Servings by purchasing or donating a Thanksgiving pie online.
With the holidays approaching, ScrubaDub’s Pumpkin Spice-Scented Car Wash offers a fun, charitable way for New Englanders to get into the spirit of the season—one pumpkin-scented car at a time.
